Transformative Redevelopment Projects

Over the past 20 years, Belleview Group has been actively engaged in redevelopment projects to transform outmoded assets into viable business and residential space.

Through our rescue and rehabilitation efforts Belleview Group has transformed some of Penang and Kedah’s largest, longest abandoned projects to thriving high-rise residential developments, townships, vibrant shopping malls and mixed-use developments.

In 2005, the Group redeveloped a total of 412 units of property in Bandar Baru Air Puteh, Balik Pulau in Penang, and from 2006 to 2016 revitalised 120 acres of land comprising 1,199-unit township development over a span in 10 years Kulim Techno City, Kedah.

From 2009 to 2014, Belleview Group took on the third rehabilitation project in Taman Cemerlang, Bandar Baru Air Itam — the largest abandoned project in Penang, to a landmark mixed-use development All Seasons Place and Park; followed by the next rehabilitation project in 2015 is the redevelopment of Plaza Tunku Yaakob into Aman Central, the largest shopping mall in Alor Setar, Kedah.

Aman Central

Developing one of northern Malaysia’s largest malls.
Previously the site of a partially completed building abandoned for more than 30 years, the state government engaged Belleview Group to redevelop the site in 2011 into a modern retail, entertainment and lifestyle mall.

Strategically located at the heart of Alor Setar, Aman Central is one of the largest malls in northern Malaysia with a built-up area of two million sq ft is a landmark for the state of Kedah. This 8-storey mall comprises two levels of basement, 330 retail lots, 1,700 parking bays, a 10-screen Golden Screen Cinema and a 30-lane bowling arcade.

Year 2009 - 2014

All Seasons Park, All Seasons Place & Melody Homes

Air Itam, Penang

Reviving an 11-year-old abandoned project in Taman Cemerlang, Bandar Baru Air Itam — the largest abandoned projects in the state.

The new building plan, comprising two developments — All Seasons Park and Place, as well as Melody Homes. All Seasons Place, the first retail lifestyle ‘strip mall’ in Penang that is strategically located in Air Itam, is part of the mixed development project comprising of All Seasons Park and Melody Homes which has condominium towers with over 1300 units of residential homes.

Designed with a total of 120 shoplots spread over 3 levels facing the bustling main road of Lebuhraya Thean Teik and anchored by Hero Market, the largest supermarket in Penang with 45,000 sqft.

All Seasons Park and All Seasons Place is a landmark mixed-use development situated at the backbone of Ayer Itam, Penang that strengthens the synergies of the city while ushering in contemporary modernity that resonates with the rapid growth of Penang.

Kulim Techno City

Kulim, Kedah

A decade of rehabilitation journey to evolute an abandoned ruin spanning 120 acres of land into an integrated township development welcoming 1,199 family households and a thriving community within Kulim, Kedah.

We strived to revitalise an abandoned project to a brand new residential abode within 12 months consisting a total of 412-unit apartments, terrace houses and semi-detached houses.
